Is this design service really free?
Yes — our design consultation is free and there’s no obligation to order. It’s a quick way to get expert, product-focused guidance before you commit.

What will I get from the consultation?
You’ll receive personalized tile suggestions based on your room photos and preferences — including layout ideas, color coordination tips, and direct links to recommended products. If your preferred texture exists but the size doesn’t, we’ll check factory feasibility for size customization (MOQs may apply). For custom work, see Custom Request and our Terms.
Do I need to prepare anything or book a care before my request?
No appointment needed. For the best results, upload a well-lit room photo, tell us the project type (e.g., kitchen, bath, patio), and note your style goals. You can start anytime via our Design Consultation or Contact Us page.
Can I get samples before I decide?
Yes — sample kits are available and ship free to the contiguous U.S. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days (policy window 0–10 business days). Order here: Request Sample. Samples are non-returnable, but we provide up to $20 sample credit toward a qualifying order (≥50 sq.ft) within 30 days of sample shipment. For custom textures, factory-matched samples are generally non-refundable.
If a product is out of local stock or custom, samples may ship from the factory and take longer. For time-sensitive projects, message us via Contact Us and we’ll advise feasible options.
How long does the design process take?
Most clients receive recommendations within 2–3 business days. Complex, custom, or multi-room projects may take a bit longer (we’ll keep you posted). If timing affects your delivery window, please review our Shipping Policy for lead-time expectations before ordering.
Can I make changes to the design after receiving it?

What happens after I approve the design?
We’ll share direct product links for checkout or prepare a custom quote if needed. You can purchase samples first or proceed to a full order. Please review delivery windows in our Shipping Policy — sample kits: 0–10 business days; select vinyl: 0–13 business days; full-size tile by sea: 0–48 days (typical in-transit ~35–45 days); express upgrade ~20–30 business days (+35%).
Is this for homeowners only, or can contractors/designers use it too?
Our free consultation is intended for homeowners and individual users. If you’re a contractor or working on a commercial project, please email us first via Contact Us. Depending on scope and timelines, we’ll review your brief and provide a custom service quote and lead-time expectations.

Can I request layout ideas or moodboards?
Yes. Our free design consultation can include up to two AI-rendered visuals—such as room layouts, tile arrangement ideas, and moodboards—based on your preferences and room type. These suggestions are for inspiration only and aren’t licensed architectural advice. If you’d like to see textures in person, you can also request samples or contact us anytime.
