How much do samples cost?
Sample kit pricing is shown at checkout on the Request Sample page. Shipping is free to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and typical delivery is 0–10 business days (incl. 0–3 days processing); see our Shipping Policy.
Sample kits are non-returnable (defect-only exceptions) per our Returns & Refunds Policy. Where eligible, the cost can be credited toward a full order; see the Sample Credit Policy.
Can I get a refund for samples if I order later?
Instead of a cash refund, we offer a purchase credit for qualifying orders: up to $20 credited when you place a full order of 50 sq ft+ within 30 days of your sample purchase. Full details are in our Sample Credit Policy and Terms & Conditions. If you have questions, contact us.
How many samples can I request?
We offer pre-packed sample kits grouped by style/color so you can compare quickly. You may order multiple different kits for evaluation. Contractors or commercial sourcing teams can request a tailored plan via Design Consultation or Contact Us.
How fast are sample kits delivered?
0–10 business days to the contiguous U.S., including 0–3 business days for processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT start processing the next business day. You’ll receive tracking at dispatch. Timelines can vary with carrier operations and (for factory-direct flows) port/customs conditions. See our Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy for details.
Do you offer custom-curated sample sets?
To keep pricing sharp and ship fast, we currently offer pre-packed kits (by style/color). If you want a targeted selection, share a room photo and brief via Design Consultation and we’ll recommend the exact kits/SKUs to order. Then place your kit order on Request Sample.
