Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

At VividCozyTile, we respect your privacy and rights under the California Consumer
Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains 
how to exercise your right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.

 1. ** Do We Sell Personal Information?**

**No.** We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary gain. This
includes data like your name, email, or purchase history.

_Why we share data (non-sale purposes):_
We may share information with service providers(
e.g., installers, payment pocessors) to fulfill orders or improve services, but 
this is not considered a "sale" under CCPA/CPRA. Analytics tools we use do not constitute“

 2. ** How to Opt Out of Potential Future Sales**

While we currently do not sell data, you may submit a request to opt out of any 
future sales using the methods below.

**Option 1: Submit a Request Online**

will need to provide:

 * Email address associated with your account
 * Mailing address (for verification, if requested)
 * Type of request: "Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information"

**Option 2: Email Us**

Subject: "CCPA Opt Out of Sale"
Include:

 * Full name
 * Email address
 * Mailing address
 * Statement: "I request to opt out of the sale of my personal information."

**Option 3: Mail a Request**

 * Send a letter to:

   NO.14 SCIENCE MUSEUM ROAD, TSIMSHATSUI, KOWLOON, Hong Kong.

Include the same information as above.

 3. ** What Happens After You Submit a Request?**

 * **Verification**: We may ask for ID to confirm your identity (e.g., copy of driver’s
   license).
 * **Response Time**: We will respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days for 
   complex requests).
 * **Confirmation**: You will receive a written response via email or mail.

 4. ** Rights for California Residents**

Under CCPA/CPRA, you also have the right to:

 * **Access**: Request a copy of the personal information we collect.
 * **Delete**: Ask us to delete your data (except design files needed for orders).
 * **Non-Discrimination**: We will not discriminate against you for exercising these
   rights.

 5. ** Definitions Under CCPA/CPRA**

 * **Sale**: The exchange of personal information for value, excluding common business
   operations like service provider sharing.

   to you (e.g., name, browsing history).

 6. ** For Minors Under 16**

California residents under 16 must have a parent/guardian submit opt-out requests
on their behalf.
