Origin is determined by the shipping class shown on your order confirmation. We do not keep full-size U.S. inventory.
Return routing (RMA required)
- Standard returns: China facility (Mainland); customer pays return freight + 35% restocking.
- Our fault (defective/incorrect): prepaid U.S. label to our U.S. return center; no restocking.
- Samples: non-returnable (defect-only exceptions).
- Custom / Made-to-Order: generally non-returnable (defect-only).
- Installation = acceptance: installed or cut items cannot be returned.
