Are your prices factory-direct?

Yes — all our prices are factory-direct. We work closely with our partner factory to eliminate unnecessary markups, middlemen, and long supply chains. This allows us to offer high-quality materials at a more transparent and affordable price.

Why are your prices lower than other tile brands?

We operate a direct-to-consumer, factory-direct model and sell primarily online—this reduces traditional markups and overhead so we can pass savings on to you. For full-size tile and flooring orders, standard sea shipping to the contiguous U.S. is included in the price (expedited options are quoted separately). Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?

 

Yes. We provide volume-based quotes for trade clients, contractors, and large residential projects. Share your takeoff/room sizes, target products, and timeline and we’ll prepare a tailored quote. Is tax included in your prices?

Product prices shown on our site exclude U.S. sales tax. As a non-U.S. seller, we only collect sales tax in states where we’re legally required (e.g., after meeting a state’s economic-nexus threshold). When tax applies to your ship-to address, our checkout will automatically calculate and display the amount before you pay. For factory-direct U.S. shipments, you won’t be asked to pay import duties or customs at delivery—we coordinate clearance with our carriers. Learn more in our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.

Will prices change after I place my order?

 

Your price is locked when the order is placed. If you request changes before dispatch (e.g., quantity, address, shipping method), we’ll confirm feasibility and issue a revised invoice if needed. After the shipment leaves our warehouse/factory, orders can’t be changed or canceled; sea-freight orders are final once dispatched. Customer-initiated changes after dispatch (reroute, redelivery, storage, liftgate, appointment, etc.) may incur carrier/accessorial charges per our Shipping Policy.
