Sample credit makes your decision easier. At VividCozy, we believe trying before buying should be risk-free. That’s why we offer a sample credit policy: the full cost of your tile samples will be credited back when you place a qualifying full-size order. With this sample credit system, you can explore textures and colors in real life—without worrying about wasting money.

Sample kits typically range from $3 to $10, depending on the product type and number of swatches.
We offer both preset style kits for local delivery and individual tile samples for custom order.

There’s no limit on how many sample kits you can order — as long as it’s not considered abnormal use.
Each qualifying full-size order can apply up to $20 in sample credit.
“Abnormal use” includes placing more than 3 identical sample kits of the same style under the same user/email within a single month. Such orders may be cancelled.
If you’re a contractor or placing for a commercial project, you’re welcome to contact us by email for special arrangements.
Most sample kits are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
If the requested style is out of stock locally or the requested sample from custom order, we’ll fulfill your order from our factory via air or sea shipping, which may take 15–30 days, depending on the route.
Delivery times may also vary due to weather or unforeseen delays.
