That’s why we take shipping & delivery seriously—from the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Whether you’re purchasing a single tile sample or coordinating a multi-room flooring installation, our goal is to make the shipping & delivery process smooth, predictable, and transparent.

We fulfill from two origins, depending on the item:
- U.S. sample & return facilities — sample kits and select in-stock vinyl ship from our domestic centers in Edison, NJ and Ontario, CA. See Installation & Care resources and our About Us page.
- Factory-direct (Mainland China) — full-size tile orders ship from our partner factory via sea freight (express sea/air upgrade available). We don’t keep full-size U.S. inventory; origin depends on your order’s shipping class. See our Shipping Policy.
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are available by manual approval and may incur extra charges. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. See our Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy.
- Sample kits: 0–10 business days (incl. 0–3 days processing); free shipping to contiguous 48 states.
- Select vinyl (domestic warehouse): 0–13 business days (incl. processing).
- Full-size tiles (factory sea freight): policy window 0–48 days (incl. processing); typical in-transit time is ~35–45 days after dispatch. See policy.
Tracking is provided at dispatch; factory-direct orders include milestone updates (port arrival, U.S. entry, last-mile assignment).

Yes—for full-size sea-freight orders we offer an express upgrade (fast vessel/air-assist). Estimated policy window is 0–33 business days door-to-door, typically ~20–30 business days, with a +35% surcharge on the order subtotal. Request an upgrade before checkout via Contact Us. Yes—standard sea shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is included for full-size tile orders. Special regions (AK/HI/U.S. territories) require manual approval and may incur extra fees. Standard delivery is curbside freight. For some routes, we can request an express upgrade (+35%) or coordinate services like liftgate/appointment windows with the carrier on business days. Tell us your needs at checkout or contact us for options. See our Shipping Policy.
Not standard, but we may be able to arrange inside/white-glove delivery with additional fees and pre-approval. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Freight carriers typically schedule deliveries in advance on business days. If you miss a scheduled delivery or the address/access isn’t workable, redelivery/storage fees may apply and can be deducted from any refund. If you need to reschedule, please contact us promptly so we can coordinate with the carrier.
We currently ship each order to one address. If you need delivery to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination. For large/commercial projects, contact us and we’ll help plan logistics. See coverage in our Shipping Policy.
For freight shipments (full-size tile/vinyl), carriers usually call ahead to schedule a delivery window on business days. Please ensure your phone number at checkout is accurate. Parcel shipments (e.g., sample kits) typically arrive without a scheduling call but include tracking by email.
