Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the continental U.S.
Some remote areas,Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, ect., may require additional time or fees.
How much does shipping cost?
Sample kits include flat-rate or free shipping.
Full-size tile or vinyl orders are shipped by freight, and shipping costs depend on weight, location, and delivery method.
Can I choose the delivery method?
We offer standard freight shipping and optional expedited delivery for some regions.

Do you offer white-glove or inside delivery?
Currently, we offer curbside delivery as standard.
If you require inside or white-glove delivery, please contact us — we may be able to arrange it with an additional fee.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
For freight orders, the carrier will usually schedule delivery in advance.
If you miss a scheduled delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
Can I split my order into multiple delivery addresses?
We currently ship each order to one address.
If you need to deliver items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.
Will I get a delivery call before the shipment arrives?
For large shipments, our freight partners usually call ahead to schedule delivery.
Please ensure your contact phone number is correct when checking out.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Sorry — we cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Please use a physical street address for all deliveries.
Are there special considerations for international or long-distance shipping?
Yes. Delivery time and cost may vary depending on location, weather, customs inspections, and other uncontrollable factors. See our shipping policy for more details.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from both our U.S. warehouse and our partner factory overseas.
Sample kits and some in-stock vinyl products are sent from our local warehouse.
Full-size tile orders are fulfilled from our factory via international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Do you offer expedited delivery?
Yes — we offer expedited delivery for most full-size orders.
You can choose express sea freight (cuts 5–10 days) or air freight (faster but higher cost).
Please contact us before checkout if you need a shipping upgrade.
Is sea shipping included in the product price?
Yes — standard sea shipping to the U.S. is included in the price for full-size tile and flooring orders.
Expedited shipping (air or express sea) is optional and quoted separately.
