These summaries reflect our key order, refund, and shipping policies to help ensure a smooth experience. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following:

📌 1. Order Terms Overview

  • All purchases are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

  • You agree to our fulfillment timelines, returns policy, shipping methods, and dispute handling procedures.

  • Orders placed without full understanding of these terms may still be legally binding.

Notice:  Custom Orders Are Final

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.

  • If canceled before production, a 15% cancellation fee applies.

  • We require written confirmation of specs and measurements before production starts.

📦 2. Shipping Timeline & Responsibilities

  • Factory-direct orders ship via sea freight: Estimated 35–45 days from dispatch.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and site access.

  • Delays due to customs, port congestion, or force majeure do not qualify for cancellation or chargebacks.

🔁 3. Returns & Restocking Fees

  • Returns must be approved and meet strict conditions: unused, unopened, in full box quantities.

  • Custom, opened, installed, or clearance items cannot be returned.

  • A 35% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized or late returns may be rejected or disposed of.

🔒 4. Installation = Acceptance

  • Do not install any product that is damaged or incorrect.

  • Installation waives your right to request a refund, replacement, or claim.

  • All products must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery.


⚖️ 5. Legal & Dispute Protection

  • Risk transfers to buyer once order is handed to the carrier.

  • Orders are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, but we honor applicable U.S. consumer rights.

  • Filing chargebacks without contacting us may lead to account restrictions.

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • You can opt out of SMS or marketing messages anytime by replying “STOP”.
