  1. Shipping Timeframes & Force Majeure

As stated in our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy:

“Full-size tile orders ship via sea freight. Estimated delivery time is 35–45 days from ship date, excluding processing time and unforeseen delays.”

“Delivery lead times are estimates and may vary due to customs, port delays, or seasonal volume. Such delays do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation or refund.”

“Delivery delays caused by port congestion, customs clearance, extreme weather, third-party logistics issues, strikes, or natural disasters are considered force majeure and do not qualify for order cancellation, refund, or compensation.”

We are not liable for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Order Finality & Custom-Made Products

Per our Returns & Refunds Policy:

“Once an order has been dispatched—especially sea freight shipments—it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.”

“All custom-made, made-to-order, or specially imported products are non-cancellable once production begins.”

“If a custom order is canceled after confirmation but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover initial production costs.”

“We require your written approval for specs, colors, and measurements prior to production.”

By submitting a custom request or confirming specs, you acknowledge the order’s non-refundable and final nature.

  1. Returns Are Limited, Conditional, and Time-Sensitive

Per the Returns & Refunds Policy:

“You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. After receiving return approval (RMA), you must ship the product within 7 days.”

“All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.”

“Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any third-party delivery charges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer — unless the return is caused by a confirmed product defect or shipping error on our part.”

“The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

– Sample kits

– Custom or made-to-order products

– Installed, cut, or altered materials

– Returns without valid RMA or outside the return window”

“Returns due to project delays, storage constraints, or schedule changes are not eligible for refunds.”

Unsolicited or late returns may be denied and disposed of without refund.

Once a product is installed or altered in any way, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned, even if later found defective.”

“Do not install damaged, incorrect, or questionable items. Installation waives your right to return, refund, or claim.”

You must inspect all materials within 72 hours of delivery and notify us of any issues. Claims after this window or post-installation will not be honored.

“Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are accurate and complete.”

“If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or unauthorized refusal, all resulting costs—including return freight, redelivery, storage, and restocking—will be deducted from any applicable refund.”

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.”

“If damage occurs in transit, you must note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and notify us within 72 hours.”

We are not responsible for losses once the order is transferred to the logistics provider.

“Due to production batch variations, slight differences in tone, gloss, or size may occur between samples and final delivered goods. Such differences are not grounds for return unless significantly deviating from described specifications.”
