If your needs can be met by our existing textures but not standard sizes, we’ll check with our factory to accommodate size customization whenever possible.

You don’t need an appointment. Just upload a well-lit room photo, note your preferences, and tell us what kind of project you’re working on (e.g. kitchen, bathroom, etc.).

If the item you’re interested in is in stock locally, samples ship in 3–7 days.
For out-of-stock or custom products, samples are shipped from our factory and may take 30–45 days.
We recommend using photos or videos for initial confirmation, and expedited samples can be arranged if needed — sample fees for custom designs are typically split with the customer.

Most clients receive their recommendations within 2–3 business days.More complex projects may take slightly longer.

Yes — our service is interactive. Feel free to reply with feedback, and our designers can revise suggestions to better fit your needs.

We’ll provide direct links to order the recommended products, or prepare a custom quote if needed.You can then purchase samples or full-size products based on your timeline.

  • Optional moodboard or color palette inspiration

We’ll also guide you on sample selection, order planning, and installation steps.

No appointment is needed. Simply upload a photo of your space and tell us your preferences (such as preferred styles or colors). If you have dimensions or a floorplan, feel free to include them — but it’s not required.

Yes! After we suggest styles, you can order curated sample kits directly through our Request Sample page. Sample costs are refundable if you make a full purchase later.

Initial consultations are usually completed within 24–48 hours. If your project is more complex or involves custom requests, we may take up to 3 business days to ensure quality suggestions.

Yes. We welcome feedback. Let us know what you like or don’t like, and we’ll revise accordingly. You’re free to request alternative styles, color adjustments, or layout tweaks.
